fafa’s Brand Story

fafa is a little bear born in North America.
fafa traveled to many countries with mammy and learnt a lot of things.
fafa knows a lot of names of flowers, trees, and stars, and can speak to people in different languages and a lot of animals too.

fafa is always with friends: Butterfly Lily, Doggy Bell and Nui, and Bear Pooh and Maro.
fafa likes to run in the field with them, sing with them, and dance with them.
But who fafa loves more than anybody and anything is mammy, and mammy loves fafa more than anybody and anything too.

There was, however, one thing that mammy was worried.
Flapper fafa didn’t like to wear clothes.

Then, mammy had an idea.
What about making dazzling and sweet clothes like the princes wears
in the picture book fafa loves?

This is how our brand, fafa, was born.
fafa will keep making clothes for lovable children to be able to stay in the world
full of dreams and fantasies for ever.

fafa is an original children and women’s fashion brand established under the concept of
‘Children choose what they want to wear’.

The designer, Helen Miyaoka, has a free imagination that doesn’t follow neither trends nor rules and has a strong wish for children to be dressed up in clothes that gives them dreams, feeling like a heroine in picture book. fafa wants children to wear something special and memorable because childhood passes so quickly.

Girls get excited when they meet fafa’s clothes and find the cute little details we cherish: imported vintage fabric and lace and beautiful trimming and lining.

fafa keeps its originality for both children and women’s collection, which is hard to find anywhere else. As a ‘treasury wear’ that is passed onto generations, fafa will keep making ‘the one and only’ clothes.
